I worked with Monmouth Park Racetrack for four summers as a member of the Stable Area Maintenance crew and the Grounds Maintenance crew. Duties consisted of maintenance of the stable area's appearance in terms of garbage, grass, and general cleanliness as well as the preservation of the grass, flowers, shrubbery and hedges located on all of the track's grounds (picnic area, administration buildings, backyard). Other occasional duties included giveaways, infield maintenance, and track maintenance.
